Florence Arman’s latest release shows the Vienna-based artist sitting in a cup of tea, singing along to her recent single, ‘Home’. At TMR, we covered the release of the single just a couple of weeks ago (see List Pick here), looking into its combination of folky melodies and funky modern beats. Now, the simplistic video adds a new layer of meaning and personality to the track. “When I was about 12, my dad would wake me with this exact mug of tea every morning for school,” she explains. “Even though my home base moved quite frequently, my tea habits haven’t changed a bit.” Be sure to check out her upcoming EP, Home, in 2021. -Dan Peeke
